Pandika was an accomplished architect and town planner in Albania before coming to the United States in 1995.
Soon after joining Winton Scott Architects in 1998, Pandika became project manager for the Unity Village at Bayside infill housing project in Portland. Since that time, she has managed a diverse range of projects for the firm from private residences and multi-family housing to schools and medical facilities. She is currently overseeing the Pearl Place project, a 60-unit housing development in the Bayside neigborhood of Portland.
Pandika has a strong design sense and a natural affinity for computer systems. She lives in Portland with her husband and two daughters. |
